Gabi ng Historyador

My attendance in this culminating activity of the week-long Linggo ng Kasaysayan was incidental. In short, wala talaga sa plano pero hinatak na lang ako ng mga bata-este- classmates pala...hehe

The night turned out to be a pleasant event (pleasant kasi libre ang dinner hahaha that's the only thing that kept me from walking out of the event) Other things that kept me riveted was the absurd sight of the boys getting drunk on red wine, Sir Tope's masterful skills as an emcee - managing to connect the buffet table to the Philippine Revolution and establishing a parallel between Palma and Fabella that even impressed Spiderman, the dinner (of course) which was satisfying without being too heavy on the stomach, and the videoke portion - Spiderman singing "Hey Jude", Dr. Jaime Veneracion does "My Way", and surprise, surprise! Dr. Maria Serena Diokno's husky voice reverberating throughout the Palma Hall 2nd floor lobby doing a soulful rendition of "Breaking Up is Hard to Do"....that, and Ma'am Diokno intimidating the senior faculty to take up the microphone and sing! hahahaha
